mwegAuzate è una frazione del comune di mwewGozzano, situata sulle colline a sud ovest del mwfalago d'Orta.

Auzate nel medioevo fece parte della pieve di Gozzano, fino al mwfw1568 quando fu eretta in parrocchia indipendente dal mwgavescovo di Novara il mwgqcardinale Serbelloni.

La chiesa di San Biagio, che sorge al centro della frazione, fu consacrata nel mwha1662.

Nel mwhg1928 il mwhwcomune autonomo di Auzate fu accorpato a quello di mwiaGozzano, diventandone una sua frazione cite-ref-1[1].
